Terms & Conditions of Sale

 

 

These Terms and Conditions govern all sales and interactions with Plastic Store Nigeria. By placing an order via website, social media, or phone, you agree to be bound by these terms.

Pricing & Accuracy

Online Pricing

Prices displayed on our website and social media are current but subject to change without notice.

Errors

In the event of a technical pricing error, PSN is not obligated to fulfill the order at the incorrect price. We will notify you and offer the option to proceed at the correct price or receive a full refund.

Quotations

Offline quotes provided via WhatsApp or Email are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated.

Ordering & Payment

Contract Formation

A binding contract exists only once PSN issues an official order acknowledgment.

Delivery Fees

For orders outside Lagos, delivery fees must be confirmed via WhatsApp/Phone prior to final payment. PSN reserves the right to hold orders if shipping costs are unpaid.

Payment

We use secure third-party processors. Processing of payment does not constitute legal acceptance of an order until stock is verified.

Product Descriptions & Dimensions

Visuals

Images and illustrations are for identification purposes only. Minor variations in color or texture may occur due to manufacturing processes.

Tolerances

Dimensions quoted are nominal. All plastic goods are subject to industry-standard manufacturing tolerances (up to 10% variance in weight or dimensions).

Stock Availability & Unavailability

All orders are subject to stock availability.

Out of Stock

If an item is unavailable after payment, we will contact you to offer an alternative. If no alternative is accepted, a full refund will be issued within 7–14 business days.

Returns & Refund Policy

To maintain hygiene standards and competitive pricing, we operate a Limited Return Policy:

No “Change of Mind” Returns

We do not accept returns or exchanges for incorrect size selection, color preference, or change of mind once an item has been dispatched.

Damaged/Defective Goods

Claims for items damaged during transit or manufacturing defects must be reported within 7 calendar days of delivery.

Requirements

Claims must include photo/video evidence. Items must be unused and in their original packaging. Approved claims will be resolved via replacement or refund.

Clearance Sales

Items purchased under the “Clearance” category are final sale and ineligible for return unless functionally defective.

Liability & Indemnity

Usage

PSN assumes no liability for the misuse, improper assembly, or industrial application of our products. The Buyer assumes all risk once the product is in their possession.

Consequential Loss

PSN shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss, damage, or expenses arising out of the use of our goods.

Data Privacy

Your data is handled in accordance with the Nigeria Data Protection Act (NDPA) and our Privacy Policy. We use your information solely for order fulfillment and service improvements.
