Delivery takes 24 to 72 hours within Lagos.
For locations outside Lagos, delivery typically takes 3 to 7 business days.
For bulk or wholesale orders, please allow a little extra time for processing and packaging to ensure safe delivery.

Yes. Plastic Store Nigeria (PSN) supports exports beyond Nigeria.
If you are ordering from another country, please contact us using the details on our website.
We can help you arrange international shipping, customs duties, and special requirements for your order.

We accept all major payment methods, including:

  • Bank transfers

  • Debit  cards

  • Mobile payments

All transactions are securely processed, and payments must be made only to Plastic Store Nigeria’s official company account.
We do not accept payments made to personal accounts or third parties and we do not also accept cash of any sort.

Refunds are provided only for defective items reported within 7 days of purchase.
If a product is unavailable, we will issue a refund within 24 to 72 hours.
We do not offer refunds or returns for change of mind or non-defective products.

Yes. PSN caters to both retail and wholesale customers.
You can order in small or large quantities depending on your needs.
For wholesale pricing or bulk orders, please contact our sales team directly for customized quotes.

Once your order has been processed and shipped, you’ll receive a notification alert confirming its dispatch.
For out-of-state deliveries, we use trusted logistics partners such as ABC Transport, K-Express, and others.
We will also send you a tracking number that allows you to monitor your delivery until it reaches your destination.
If you need additional logistics details, our customer service team is happy to assist.

Unfortunately, we do not offer payment on delivery. You must complete payment online using the supported payment methods. However, we do offer order pick-up at our store for eligible orders.

 

Yes, you may pick up your order depending on the product and stock availability. Some orders are ready for immediate pick-up; others must be processed and dispatched. Please contact us to check whether your order qualifies for pick-up.

Yes — we periodically restock popular items. If an item is marked “Sold Out,” you may subscribe for a restock alert via our website, or contact us for estimated restock timelines.

 

Yes, we deliver nationwide — from Lagos to Abuja, Port Harcourt, Kano, Ibadan, and beyond.
For remote areas, delivery might take slightly longer, but we’ll always keep you updated.

Yes! We occasionally run discounts, clearance sales, and special offers.
To stay updated, subscribe to our newsletter or follow us on Instagram and Facebook for announcements. Though promos are only offered on website orders.

Absolutely. We handle souvenirs, event supplies, and corporate bulk orders for weddings, parties, offices, and organizations. Contact our sales team for special pricing and delivery arrangements.

Our goal is to promote and prioritize Made-in-Nigeria products, but we also stock a selection of imported items that meet our quality standards. Every product on our site goes through a quality review process.

Currently, we do not offer installment or “buy now, pay later” options.
All payments must be made in full before your order is processed.
However, we may introduce flexible payment options in the future.
